Strawberry chia pudding with coconut yogurt
QUICK, EASY, ADDICTIVE. Can be a perfect breakfast or a healthy dessert!
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk of your choice (we recommend coconut milk)
- 400 g fresh hulled strawberries or frozen or air-dried
- 2 tsp Vegan hUNey™ raw
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp almond butter (tip for breakfast option)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
For topping:
- vegan coconut yogurt, fresh straberries, sliced almonds
Instructions
- Puree strawberries, milk, Vegan hUNey™, vanilla extract and optional cinnamon or almond butter in a blender until smooth.
- Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
- Pour into a glass bowl.
- Stir chia seeds into the strawberry mix.
- Leave to rest for 30 minutes, for pudding to form.
- Top with vegan coconut yogurt, fresh strawberries and almonds.
- Serve and enjoy!
