Creamy honey mustard dressing
This dressing goes with everything. Plus you can store it in the fridge for up two weeks!
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or yogurt of your choice
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3-4 tbsp Vegan hUNey™ Raw
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or more lemon juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed. Whisk until blended.Taste, and season with additional pepper if necessary.
- This dressing is intentionally bold, but if it tastes too tart for your liking, whisk in another tablespoon of honey.
- Store leftover salad dressing in the refrigerator, covered, for 10 to 14 days.
