Creamy honey mustard dressing

This dressing goes with everything. Plus you can store it in the fridge for up two weeks!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or yogurt of your choice
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3-4 tbsp Vegan hUNey™ Raw
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or more lemon juice
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed. Whisk until blended.
    Taste, and season with additional pepper if necessary.
  • This dressing is intentionally bold, but if it tastes too tart for your liking, whisk in another tablespoon of honey.
  • Store leftover salad dressing in the refrigerator, covered, for 10 to 14 days.
