Creamy honey mustard dressing
This dressing goes with everything. Plus you can store it in the fridge for up two weeks!

Servings: 2 people
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or yogurt of your choice
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3-4 tbsp Vegan hUNey™ Raw
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or more lemon juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- pinch of ground black pepper
In a cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed. Whisk until blended.Taste, and season with additional pepper if necessary. This dressing is intentionally bold, but if it tastes too tart for your liking, whisk in another tablespoon of honey.
Store leftover salad dressing in the refrigerator, covered, for 10 to 14 days.
