Strawberry chia pudding with coconut yogurt
QUICK, EASY, ADDICTIVE. Can be a perfect breakfast or a healthy dessert!

Ingredients
2
cups
milk of your choice
(we recommend coconut milk)
400
g
fresh hulled strawberries
or frozen or air-dried

tsp
Vegan hUNey™ raw
½
cup
chia seeds
1
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tsp
almond butter
(tip for breakfast option)
1
tsp
cinnamon
(optional)
For topping:
vegan coconut yogurt, fresh straberries, sliced almonds
Instructions
Puree strawberries, milk, Vegan hUNey™, vanilla extract and optional cinnamon or almond butter in a blender until smooth.
Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
Pour into a glass bowl.
Stir chia seeds into the strawberry mix.
Leave to rest for 30 minutes, for pudding to form.
Top with vegan coconut yogurt, fresh strawberries and almonds.
Serve and enjoy!
