Cocoa chia pudding with roasted pecans and banana
WE WARNED YOU! ONCE YOU TRY, THERE IS NO WAY BACK! Another from Chia pudding variations. This time for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients
- 2 cups any kind of milk you like (we recommend coconut milk)
- ¼ cup raw cocoa powder
- 1 sliced banana
- 2 tsp Vegan hUNey™ cocoa
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch mineral salt
For topping:
- Roasted Pecans in hUNey™
- sliced banana (optional)
Instructions
- Stir in a bowl of milk, Vegan hUNey™, vanilla extract and cocoa powder in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a glass bowl.
- Stir chia seeds into the cocoa mix.
- Leave to rest for 30 minutes, for pudding to form.
- Transfer into cups/jars in layers of chia pudding and sliced banana.
- Top with Roasted Pecans in hUNey™ and optional sliced banana.
- Serve and enjoy!
