Cocoa chia pudding with roasted pecans and banana

WE WARNED YOU! ONCE YOU TRY, THERE IS NO WAY BACK! Another from Chia pudding variations. This time for chocolate lovers!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups any kind of milk you like (we recommend coconut milk)
  • ¼ cup raw cocoa powder
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 2 tsp Vegan hUNey™ cocoa
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch mineral salt

For topping:

  • Roasted Pecans in hUNey™
  • sliced banana (optional)

Instructions

  • Stir in a bowl of milk, Vegan hUNey™, vanilla extract and cocoa powder in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass bowl.
  • Stir chia seeds into the cocoa mix.
  • Leave to rest for 30 minutes, for pudding to form.
  • Transfer into cups/jars in layers of chia pudding and sliced banana.
  • Top with Roasted Pecans in hUNey™ and optional sliced banana.
  • Serve and enjoy!
