Cocoa chia pudding with roasted pecans and banana
WE WARNED YOU! ONCE YOU TRY, THERE IS NO WAY BACK! Another from Chia pudding variations. This time for chocolate lovers!

Ingredients

cups
any kind of milk you like
(we recommend coconut milk)
¼
cup
raw cocoa powder
1
sliced
banana
2
tsp
Vegan hUNey™ cocoa
½
cup
chia seeds
1
tsp
vanilla extract
pinch
mineral salt
For topping:
Roasted Pecans in hUNey™
sliced
banana
(optional)
Instructions
Stir in a bowl of milk, Vegan hUNey™, vanilla extract and cocoa powder in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a glass bowl.
Stir chia seeds into the cocoa mix.
Leave to rest for 30 minutes, for pudding to form.
Transfer into cups/jars in layers of chia pudding and sliced banana.
Top with Roasted Pecans in hUNey™ and optional sliced banana.
Serve and enjoy!
