Double chocolate fudgy brownies
FEELING DOWNIE, EAT THE BROWNIE!

Ingredients
- ½ cup melted butter of your choice (or sub with neutral flavoured oil)
- 3 tbsp Vegan hUNey™ cocoa
- ⅓ cup milk of your choice
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour of your choice (we recommend spelt flour)
- ¼ cup yogurt of your choice (we recommend coconut yogurt)
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and grease the pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the hot melted butter and Vegan hUNey™ cocoa. Then, whisk in the milk, vanilla and yogurt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the bowl with the butter and sugar mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a fork comes out relatively clean.
- Let cool for about 30 minutes in the pan, then pull the brownies out. Set on a wire rack to finish cooling completely before cutting.
