melted butter of your choice
(or sub with neutral flavoured oil)

Vegan hUNey™ cocoa

milk of your choice

vanilla extract
1
cup
flour of your choice
(we recommend spelt flour)

yogurt of your choice
(we recommend coconut yogurt)

cocoa powder

baking powder

chocolate chips of your choice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and grease the pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the hot melted butter and Vegan hUNey™ cocoa. Then, whisk in the milk, vanilla and yogurt.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Mix the dry ingredients into the bowl with the butter and sugar mixture until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly into the baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a fork comes out relatively clean.
Let cool for about 30 minutes in the pan, then pull the brownies out. Set on a wire rack to finish cooling completely before cutting.
