Double chocolate fudgy brownies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup melted butter of your choice (or sub with neutral flavoured oil)
  • 3 tbsp Vegan hUNey™ cocoa
  • cup milk of your choice
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour of your choice (we recommend spelt flour)
  • ¼ cup yogurt of your choice (we recommend coconut yogurt)
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips of your choice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and grease the pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the hot melted butter and Vegan hUNey™ cocoa. Then, whisk in the milk, vanilla and yogurt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix the dry ingredients into the bowl with the butter and sugar mixture until well combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the baking pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a fork comes out relatively clean.
  • Let cool for about 30 minutes in the pan, then pull the brownies out. Set on a wire rack to finish cooling completely before cutting.
