Ingredients
SALAD
1/2headcauliflower, roasted
2cup purple cabbage, shaved
2carrots, grated
1red pepper chopped
1/2cuptoasted almond slices
garnish pulled parsley leaves or cilantro
DRESSING
1/2cupextra virgin olive oil
1/2tspsalt
pinchblack pepper
2tspVegan hUNey™️ Ginger Turmeric
1/8cupapple cider vinegar
Instructions
SALAD
Combine all fully cooled ingredients, toss the salad in the dressing, and serve!
DRESSING
Combine all of your ingredients in a large bowl. Use an immersion blender to fully combine. If you don't have an immersion blender, just combine all ingredients and slowly whisk in olive oil, OR just shake it all up in a jar with the lid on.
Either way, always shake to re-combine before serving.
